Payment Methods

We offer you a variety of convenient and secure payment methods, including Shopify, PayPal, Klarna, credit card and many more. The shipping costs depend in part on the payment method chosen. The prices stated in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you have to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be accessed via the "Shipping costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process and must be borne by you in addition.

PayPal

Pay even faster and more securely with your PayPal account. Simply pay using your PayPal account, credit card, installment plan, direct debit, bank transfer, SEPA, Giropay or invoice, depending on availability. We use PayPal for our payment processing. The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). The payment data you enter will be transmitted to Klarna.

Klarna

We use Klarna for our payment processing. The provider of this payment service is Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Klarna"). The payment data you enter will be transmitted to Klarna.

Klarna purchase on account

After shipping, you will receive your invoice from Klarna conveniently by email. This way, you can first inspect the goods and then pay. You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay for your order.

Klarna installment purchase

After your purchase with Klarna installment purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will then receive your installment purchase contract, including cancellation policy and general terms and conditions, by post. You will also receive the monthly invoice by post or email.

refund

A refund will always be made to the payment method or payment provider used for the purchase. A payout to another account is not possible. If you have any problems with the refund or one of the payment providers, please use the contact options provided.
